At Greengate, we’re honoured to have the chance to enrich the lives of the people living in our integrated retirement living and boutique aged care villages. It’s a responsibility we love, and will never take for granted. Whether you’re one of our delightful residents, the chef, nurse or handyman, we thrive together because we’re all part of the family.
Your environment makes a big difference to your wellbeing, and so much of that is about the people that surround you. That’s why we have designed St Luke’s Green to have a greater sense of community with large get-together areas, that other villages might choose to fill with apartments. Instead, we chose to fill our village with life and laughter. From coffee clubs to BBQs and footy nights, there’s a myriad of activities that happen naturally.
Our friendly community of residents at St Luke’s Green is what sets us apart from the rest. Most of our residents are from the local area, so odds are you probably already know someone who is living here. Since opening, we’ve seen wonderful new friendships formed, old friends have reconnected after 50 years, and have witnessed our residents being supportive neighbours who you can rely on.
Our village offers all the comforts of feeling home, with the benefits of a living supportive community of like-minded seniors and a dedicated team on-hand. Whether you’re living independently in one of our retirement apartments or in our boutique aged care home, you’ll get to enjoy all of the wonderful facilities we have on offer at St Luke’s Green.
If you’re looking for something to catch your interest, our lifestyle programs encompass an exciting and varied range of social, cultural, fitness, recreational and spiritual options. The village team can arrange a tailored program for you, or you can join in any of the group activities that are available. At St Luke’s Green, Woolloongabba you can participate in the village social calendar as much or as little as you like.
Our team brings together a wealth of experience from backgrounds in management, hospitality, sales and clinical aged care. Every member of the St Luke’s Green team demonstrates a passion for working with seniors, and every day they strive to create the best possible home for our residents.
